Due to our products being perishable, ALL SELLS ARE FINAL.

Exceptions

If you receive the wrong item(s), please email support @ seamossya@gmail.com within 24 hrs., so that we can evaluate the issue and send you the right product. 

Damages and Issues

All of our packages are insured through the USPS and/or UPS, therefore we SEAMOSSYALLC  DO NOT accept responsibility for any item(s) damaged in transition/in route to shipping destinations. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession. Please contact USPS at 1800-ASK-USPS OR (1800-275-8777 so they can assist you. USPS and/or UPS for all damaged/lost packages. 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Please be advised, once you are charged for your bi-weekly or monthly subscription, you cannot cancel that specific order. However, you can cancel your subscription for any future orders (once requirements are met) at any time prior to the recurring charge.
