How long does this take before there are any results?
The first step is to take the sea moss on a consistent basis. The timeframe that you’ll see results will vary since everyone’s body will process it differently. We recommend that you monitor your body while taking these amazing products and this will give you a great idea as to how fast it works for you.

What if I still have products left from the previous month? Can I pause?
You can actually go ahead and freeze our product, without this the shelf life of the product is typically one month from arrival and we recommend taking a serving of 1-2 tablespoons 3 times per day.

Does each flavor provide different benefits?
All our sea moss gels are a combination of sea moss, fruits, and agave. The only difference is the added benefits that each fruit provides. You can choose one based on your favorite fruit(s). This also means that our gels are gluten-free and keto and vegan-friendly.

How is it packaged?
Our gels are sent with ice packs and filled with peanuts to ensure that they are cushioned properly for transit.
We recommend that you take 1-2 Tablespoons 3 times per day for optimum benefits. We strongly recommend using a clean spoon per serving. Please do not double-dip as this adds bacteria and microbes to the jar and speeds up the expiration date.

What is the texture of the gel?

Why does it take so long to process?
Our items are made-to-order to ensure that all our customers receive the freshest products available. Our products are handmade. We put a lot of love in our products. We do not use chemicals or preservatives so it must go through all of its stages to ensure that you will receive the maximum amount of benefits that this awesome line of products has to offer.

How should the seamoss be stored?
The gels should be refrigerated upon arrival. Seamoss will gel overnight in the refrigerator and is good for 30 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer. Please note that our glasses are freezer safe too.

Where do you source your Seamoss?
Our Seamoss is sourced from the beautiful island of Jamaica.

What is the difference between the capsules and the gels?
The capsules and the gels provide the same benefits when taken in the correct servings. The only difference is the form that they are available in. You can choose based on your preferred choice of consumption.
